- Add me three. Actually, I would also like to see a good stand-alone
- Acrobat viewer as well as a good stand-alone PostScript viewer. I really
- appreciate having HWGPost.library; however, the Post and PostView front-ends
- aren't really too hot IMHO. They work, but they could be better. We need a
- new post.library front-end!
-
- By the way, has any progress been made on a PostScript datatype that
- can handle multi-page documents? I realize that going backwards or skipping
- pages in generic PostScript is hideously difficult, but how about supporting
- documents that follow Adobe's standard document convention (like what ghost-
- view does)? The current PostScript datatype works great for EPSF images and
- whatnot, but it will only display the first page of a multi-page document.
- This is quite understandable, given where it is in the datatype hierarchy.
- Perhaps we need an EPSF datatype which is under picture.datatype, and a PS
- and PDF datatype which is classified under a document datatype. Just a
- thought...
